Our Services

Types of services that we offer are as following :

1. POST CONTRACTION CLEANING


These services is suitable for new buildings that just handed over by the contractor such as Hotels, Villas, Spa, Offices, Hospitals, and also houses where usually management is not ready with labors and complete equipment. That is why we are here to make life easier and keep your time effective by handed over to our side so then they can focus more to employee training and operational equipment provision. The charges for this service depend on the size of the building, type of materials that should be clean and the level of difficulty encountered.

2. DAILY CLEANING


These program includes daily cleaning for Hotels, Restaurants, Banks, Hospitals, and Offices in both large and small capacity. The system may include a single work shift, double shifts or even 24 hours (triple shifts). The amount charged depends on the manpower and logistic used.

3. DEEP CLEANING


These system includes jobs that are periodically such as: Cleaning new buildings that has just diverted, Crystallizations, Coating, Polishing, High dusting, Carpet shampooing, etc.

4. LANDSCAPING


Provisions of trained manpower, procurement logistics supply such as plants, soil fertilizers, planting and maintenance of gardens; arrangement & initial design.

5. BASIC TRAINING HOUSEKEEPING


Provide a short basic training 1-2 days for basic knowledge of housekeeping operations. This training includes theory and practices which are: an understanding about chemicals, how to use in a secure ways with maximum results , as well as practical application of tools - including the use of polisher machine, vacuum cleaner, power wash/water pressure, hand polisher, extractor, shampooing, etc.

6. SUPERVISORS & HOUSEKEEPING MANAGERS TRAINING


  1. Basic knowledge of leadership (Leadership skill)
  2. Budgeting for pre-opening hotel/villa (Pre-opening budget)
  3. Planning for strategic work (Strategic Plan)
  4. How to calculate the room occupancy budget (CPOR)
  5. To set the operating costs (Manage expenses)
  6. To motivates employee
  7. To support employee developments (developing people)
  8. Inventory
  9. Work scheduling (Scheduling)
  10. Conduct employee performance appraisals (Performance review)
  11. How to count equipments par level and operational logistics (OSE)
  12. And other materials related with housekeeping operations.
